Welcome to The Clay Club ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing our website, making a booking, purchasing products or services, or otherwise using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. General
The Clay Club provides pottery classes, workshops, memberships, studio hire, firing services and retail products.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective once published on our website.

2. Bookings & Payment
Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed.
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing without notice.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
If you are unable to attend a class or workshop, please contact us as soon as possible. Please read our refund poilicy for more information.
4. Pottery Collection
Finished pottery generally takes 4–6 weeks to be completed.
Collection times may vary depending on drying conditions, kiln schedules and studio workload.
Completed work should be collected within three months of notification.
Due to limited storage space, uncollected work may be recycled or disposed of after this period.

5. Kiln Firings
Ceramics are inherently unpredictable.
While every care is taken during drying, glazing and firing, we cannot guarantee successful results.
The Clay Club accepts no responsibility for breakages, cracking, glaze defects, warping or other issues that naturally occur during the ceramic process.

6. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers:

Are non-refundable.

Cannot be redeemed for cash.

May be transferred to another person.

Must be redeemed before their expiry date.
7. Website Content
All website content, photographs, logos, branding, graphics and written material remain the intellectual property of The Clay Club unless otherwise stated.
No material may be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

8. Privacy
Any personal information collected through our website is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other applicable New Zealand legislation.
